About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Furulund and Öjersjö Health Centre! We are now jointly looking for a psychologist who wants to work with us.

Närhälsan Furulund Health Centre is a popular and family-oriented clinic with approximately 4,000 registered patients, located two kilometers south of Partille centre. It takes about 30 minutes by bus from central Gothenburg to get here. We are close to our residents and patients in Furulund and the surrounding area, where the health centre is located, is a popular residential area, close to nature and several lakes.

Närhälsan Öjersjö Health Centre opened in December 2023 in completely new premises and is one of Närhälsan's "digiphysical" health centres. The health centre is located in a new residential area, Gökegård in Öjersjö, an attractive part of Partille with good connections to Gothenburg and nearby towns. We work largely digitally with e-services such as video visits, self-check-in, self-monitoring, iCBT, 1177 as well as a chat function and online triage. We also offer physical visits if needed.

About the Job

Your main tasks consist of assessing and treating mental and behavioral-related ill health based on the primary care mandate. The focus is on preventive and early interventions, based on common reasons for seeking care at a health centre. You work based on the needs of the registered patients with digital care meetings, internet and group therapy as well as physical individual visits.

We work based on primary care-oriented methods that include high accessibility for all residents with mental and behavioral-related ill health, stepped/stratified care and collaboration with other professions and care partners. Interventions range from psychoeducation and advice on self-care, guided treatment with literature, internet treatment, group treatment or individual treatment interventions. To meet the need requires the ability to vary the method and scope of the treatment interventions.

You and your colleagues are responsible together with the manager for the development of the health centres in a continuous improvement work. Supervision of psychology candidate or PTP-psychologist may be relevant.

About You

You are a licensed psychologist with CBT step 1 competence, other orientations may also be relevant. It is meritorious if you have experience from the following:

• Work as a psychologist at primary care level
• Stepped/stratified care
• Internet-based psychological treatment
• Group therapy

We are looking for you who are sensitive and accommodating, have good ability to communicate and to identify individuals' unique needs. Through initiative and commitment, you want to participate in the development of the activity and contribute as a resource in the daily cross-professional collaboration at the units.

Other

The temporary position is for at least one year with an employment level of 80% and is distributed between Närhälsan Furulund and Öjersjö Health Centre.

Travel in the service occurs. Driver's license is desirable but not a requirement.
